Shipping policy

Packages Lost/ Damaged/ Stolen/ Delayed

For any lost, damage, delayed or stolen mail, please contact USPS directly. We will not be responsible to refund customers or cancel the order due to the order has been taken time to make and shipped. When the unfortunate event happened sometimes, customers are responsible to file any claims with USPS,  and we are sorry that we have no control over USPS's delivery schedule. USPS is an outside of shipping service, once the package is dropped off , it is up to USPS to deliver the package on time as they promised. So for any issues, please contact your local post office immediately, and double-check address for accuracy. Buyer also responsible to enter the correct address, incorrect address or person's name will result the package got returned and customer is responsible to re- purchase another shipping label. We also do not take any return/ refund.


Shipping and processing time

Shipping and processing time is not guaranteed but we will absolutely try our best to meet your need. Generally items will dispatch within 14 days, and take about a week to arrive to your door.


International Shipping Tax

Any additional customs clearance and taxes are to be paid by the recipient, please check relevant rates and charges that may apply prior to purchasing.
